On this page we want to be as well informed as possible about shipping methods, times and logistics, in order to best guide you in your purchase.
Step 1: purchase
Prompt delivery
Items marked PROMPT DELIVERY are available in stock and will be shipped within 1/2 working days.
Delivery times for works that are not in stock
In the description of each item you can always find the delivery time of the item, as shown in the photo alongside.
Each work needs its own production time, which can vary from a few days for smaller objects to 4 weeks for more complex objects such as chandeliers and mirrors.

Step 2: Packaging
Glass is a very complex material to transport.
In our decades of experience we have developed safe packaging methods.
Smaller items are individually wrapped in tissue paper, bubble wrap and immersed in “styrofoam peanuts”.
Larger objects follow the same procedure, but are packaged and protected in wooden crates with internal polystyrene walls.
The shipment is also insured against damage, theft or loss that could occur once delivered to the courier.

Step 3: Shipping & Delivery
Shipping worldwide is FREE.
We ship the works carefully packaged with specialized and insured couriers.
At the time of shipment, we will send you the courier tracking code so you can follow the shipment at every stage.
The courier will always contact you (by telephone or email: we always recommend checking your details during the purchase phase) to arrange delivery or for any customs procedures.
Important:
Depending on the country of destination we choose the most reliable courier, however, we are not responsible for any disruptions due to the courier or customs of the destination country.
We are also not responsible for any additional costs due to customs in the destination country.
